    Hi,

I went for the first time this year...its an amazing experience.....will definitely be going next year.   I joined en route on the M40 group.

PM me next year if you decide to go......might get a cb5 group up, who knows.

Anyone doing RTTW this year? Empty It's a grand day out

Post by Tezza Sat 20 Jun 2015, 6:03 pm

    Hi Guys,
I've been going since 2008 It is a great day out!

I am ex-forces so it gives me chance to mingle with the Brotherhood of the green baggy skin. It also sadly but also happily gives me a chance to be closer to several Buddies and friends lost in combat, I walk round the Arboretum Wall find their names, say hello, shed a tear or two and then just get on with enjoying the day and winding up some of the Harley guys, but not big one's Laughing

I have used the Benelli in previous visits but 30mpg and a seat like a concrete post after a hour Sad makes me think that the 500 will be making the trip this year, or, do I hire a Harley for the weekend and blend right in? Nah bollox to it it'll be Hondas' finest in un-lacquered Milano red, gold wheels n a fat lad down from Cumbria,
