Spring clean

I thought I'd have a slight tidy up of some of the unused forums, sections and categories.

I suspect most people won't notice, but I've provisionally combined some things into the 'workshop' section and removed the 'announcements' section - if I've got announcements I'll just announce them.

This is, as ever, a work in progress, so there will probably be some more slight rearrangement.  I'm not planning to delete anything much without asking

I'm quite happy to hear your reactions and/or suggestions...
