Meet.

Hi Gents how about another meet at Stratford on Avon...we have a range of dates...Sundays the 10th/17th or the 24th. 11.00am at the motorcycle car park.
I know Teabag is up for it and Muttley1 is a good bet also, perhaps Teamster & UKTyler can make it as well, plus anyone else whose about.
Post which dates suit and we'll have a plan. Cheers, Wonkster.

I think I know which bike park you mean - the one in the centre near the river?  It might be worth putting a link to a google map or simlar to make sure.

Anyway, sadly I don't think I can make it (Stratford is a bit far for me...)

It is the Bridgeway car park S o A. and googling that will give you a map.
You are right ET it's the one near the river, sorry you cannot make it.
Where would be better for you for another time ?

How about the Saturdays Muttley?
I can't make next weekend as my wife has been quite poorly with Crohns so it's probably a bit soon; say in a fortnight's time or nearer the end of the month if those are the only dates Muttley can do.

I could do with a ride just for the fun of it.

Sounds great. Will try an come along too- weather permitting. Will also be about 2 hours to get there according to google maps . Can't do this weekend but should be able to make space at any other time.

If I've read all the posts correctly we should all be able to make that 
date.  Will check nearer the time, till then keep the rubber side down.

I'll be coming that way from the M25, we'll have to sort meeting time.

im coming from east london so a40/m40 is the direction i'd be taking too.

No problem. here y'go then...all choices have fuel, toilets and food, depends how much of a countryside-visiting ride you want.

10.30 meet at J9 : has esso garage a couple of miles off at Bicester, could meet there and cut across to the A4260 via B4030, then bypass Banbury on B4031, get onto A422 that way, or

10.30 meet at J10  : has a services so could meet there and go on the smaller roads, finishing up on the A422 as above.

Or 10.50 at J11 : has an esso garage just off. Could meet there and go to SoA on the A422, prob the best bet, especially if its damp/crap weather.

Finally, the route 1 option is get off M40 at J15, get onto A46 to SoA, then go left at roundabout a few miles along onto A439, watch for the speed camera, its a 50. A few miles along the road into the town peels left and the bike park is accessed by a slip road by the enterance to the car park on the right.

I'm not going to make this one chaps, sorry for the last minute back out.
My wife has been put onto a hormone which has shut off her remaining ovary to try and cure this abdominal pain she's having but it's sent her into instant menopause. I daren't leave her on her own with the kids until she gets through the worst of it. Home life is "interesting" at the monent...
