Rear rack for CB500 -1996
I'm looking for a rack for my CB500, and would prefer to buy the official Honda rack.
:?: Does anyone have one for sale, or does anyone know where I could buy a new one ?...

I'd highly recommend the renntec rack caretaker.
Apart from it's obvious use it also saved the side of my bike when I had a bit of a spill on an oil slick in the rain

fitting the rack
Looks like Renntec it is then....
Do you know if the rear indicator lights have to be repositioned using the Renntec ? or can they stay the same.........
I'm looking for functional and with minimum fitting problems to carry the occasional bits and bobs etc
The added protection you mentioned didnt cross my mind but worth knowing
Cheers

It replaces the grab rail, piece of cake to fit. Buy one, you won't regret it! (And no I'm not affiliated with Renntec in any shape or form )

It appears it replaces the rear grab rail mounts so shouldnt affect the indicators... even though I may want to. See my problem with panniers and pillions
