Recommend me a helmet cam!
As per the title im looking at a helmet cam, so far ive discounted the go pro as being not aero dynamic enough. The drift is too pricey, really my only option is the Roam2.
Any others that you's have that you recommend?
Must have over 3hr battery life as my commute is 1 hour each way.

Have you thought about where you're wanting to position it on your helmet and how it could possibly obscure all of your vision?
If you're looking at cheaper cams, I'd personally check on a youtube channel called "techmoan" he reviews alot of cheap cameras and tests them.

Yeah I want to mount it on top. Im mot stupid enough to mount a camera somewhere where it would obscure any of my vision!Jameshambleton wrote:Have you thought about where you're wanting to position it on your helmet and how it could possibly obscure all of your vision?

Have you thought about maybe having a chin mounted gopro like this?

I bought the Sony AS30 and I'm absolutely over the moon with it. It is slim, water proof and excellent quality. The mounts are way cheaper than go pro and it had the added advantage of GPS tracking!
