Last night I dreamt that I was riding my CB in southern France, and overtook what turned to be an unmarked police silver BMW M3 on a motorway sliproad.

He pulled me over and somehow had a device which logged my engine revs but not my speed, and he showed me a replay of my tachometer reaching redline as proof that I was speeding, saying, in a French accent of course, 'I know these bikes and I know that you must have exceeded 80mph'. 

He then phoned my mum who appeared on the scene and agreed with him that I should spend the night in a prison cell.
