I ride mine at every opportunity. Far more than I should really. How about you?

I ride to work & quite often for the joy of it when off if the weather's nice.

Re: How often do you ride your CB?
I used to ride it every day, but since my wife has been ill I've had to use the car to drop the children off at school, and go on to work.
It gets a run at least once a week, breaks my heart seeing it under the rain cover as I go off in the car

Every day, Sheffield to Hope, 15 miles through the peak District via Hathersage and Bamford , then back again at night.

Re: How often do you ride your CB?
If it's dry, I'll be out on it for an hour or two. I suppose less when it's dark in the mornings and evenings, but even then - as long as its not totally bollock freezing. It's great to be out giving it some, but I also like bimbling round the wolds, droning peaceably across the wilds of the vale, and trundling through town. York's ace for all of those things - so much good and varied riding well within striking distance. The marshy flatlands out Goole / Scunthorpe way are fairly bleak in winter, but on a bike, that can be ace. Just have to wrap up a bit. Zipped me jacket's lining back in on Saturday morning.

Normally dry weather only, unless I get caught out. Can vary due to what shift im on in work and what plans I have for weekends. can be anywhere from every day to once a month.

I use my C90 for the commute 6 miles of traffic most days
CB500 is the weekend tool these days but still racking up the miles 17.2K between last two mot's
Only 200 or so this weekend 500 the one before

Re: How often do you ride your CB?
Been out every day of the week for 9 months of the year. Commute, fun, shopping, errands, the lot. Sole means of transport you know.
But that all changed last weekend. Bought a car - a Citroën Xantia 1.8i 16V Weekend w. Aircon. Paid what amounts to one quarter of a CB500's average price round these parts. The car came directly from MoT, meaning it'll be road legal for the next two years.
It's supposed to carry me through the winter, then be the 'big' car in our family, towing trailer & hauling heavy/bulky stuff when needed. Rest of the year I'll be out on my bike!

Re: How often do you ride your CB?
Would every day - strictly for fun. But family, work, weather and other more unforeseeable events do not permit me to do so. Mind you, when my hands get shaking 'I got to go' let off steam... Really works, this bike is therapy to me. Zenmind = Bikemind

Nice. What's a c90 like? I love the fact people take those things around the world. I was thinking about getting one just for looking cool as f#£% on.davebike500 wrote:I use my C90 for the commute 6 miles of traffic most days
