99 Fireblade Parts Compatibility
There is a swingarm, front forks and wheels going for the above bike near me for a decent price. Would they be any good to a drum brake CB500? I'm thinking mainly the front forks and wheel. Think the Blade forks are 44mm into the yoke (but will check).

Ive a 96 fireblade, it has 180 size rear tyre so there not that cheap to replace, the front has 16inch rim, that guys use to give out causing lively front end, (and limits tyre choice. (Ive cbr 600f 17inch rim to go in when front tyre wears out, i had no problems with 16inch front wheel) just got 17inch front cheap. Think fireblade stuff be over kill on cb, only stuff i seen compatable with each is same crap regulator rectifer that failed in both
