U be best to check davidsilverspares for one in your exact colour.. he had a nos tank for my fireblade...i never bought it... (i think it was about 180) it depends if your going to keep cb for long time and afford to buy a new tank...its unlikely u find a mint tank on bikes that old now

Theres a guy on there Shep (Shep's race fairings) looking into remanufacturing new tanks. They would cost £120 but he needs to take orders for quite a few before he can go ahead due to the cost of the moulds. Otherwise it is really difficult to find a s/h tank due to the demand of racers. They seem to go for between £90/100 these days if and when one is available.

Yup hehe, a few months back in the summer I was only a few miles away from you up in Macmerry getting an engine for my cb500.
I'm going to be getting some parts from shep soon for my road bike including a tank if he gets enough orders. 120 tanks it is to cover the cost of the mold IIRC.

Haha! I bought my forks from Dave! I spoke to him recently and asked about the engine but of course he said it was gone
