Re: Front master cylinder rebuild(brembo)
I've just done a rebuild on the Brembo m/c on my project. It isn't difficult, but the kit from somewhere like Wemoto is pretty expensive (£37!)
I tried to source a knock off one from Ebay, but they don't seem to be available or are all for the Nissin m/c.
It is dead easy. Just follow the parts diagram from lings and you will see what parts to expect. The only slightly tricky bit I found was getting the circlip out because it had rusted so much that there was a huge amount of gunk to get out before it was even accessible and even when it was accessible one of the holes for the circlip pliers was rusted right through so I couldn't get leverage to close and remove it! I ended up kind of twisting and pulling it out with one arm of the pliers.

Re: Front master cylinder rebuild(brembo)
Yes the rebuild kit is too expensive my mastercylinder must been leaking years...also front spring is broken in pieces and thats not included in kit....maybe a second hand mastercylinder maybe a better option
The first spring broken in half and doesnt come in rebuild kit
The cylinder striped out..this mastercylinder leaking long time

Ken, given that there don't seem to be any Brembo rebuild kits available at a reasonable price, maybe you should consider using a Nissin cylinder. They are cheap and readily available and work OK with the Brembo caliper. I have examined both types and there is no difference in quality that I can see. My opinion is that the whole "Brembo" mystique is well overhyped.
