Custom CB500 seat for sale

Hi all,

I have a custom cb seat for sale. I have attached some pics so you can have a look. It was done by Viking Motorcycle seats. It cost me £250 but I am looking to get £150 for it. The customisation included removing the old, hard foam, replacing it with a dense foam for shaping and a less dense foam in critical areas for comfort. It has a gel insert added for comfort, hence the higher price. I got them to finish it in a grippy material compared with the standard Tolex.

It has been reshaped to prevent the seat forcing your delightfuls into the tank and to prevent the pillion from sliding towards the rider. The overall seat height is increased so will suit someone who wants more leg room. I didn't find that the increase hight suited me so I have gone back to other seat, hence the sale.

I haven't used it much since getting it done. Probably less than a months use so everything is still like new. People are welcome to come and have a look at it if geography permits, before buying. You can also take it for a spin if you can bring your bike. I am located in SW London.

P.S. Please judge the seat on it's own mertits and not by the bucket that it is attached to!

He's had a custom one made up, it actually sounds like something I'd want as I tried and failed to make my seat higher once but it's a little risky to know the comfort on a long ride!

I'll go for it if you still have it .
