Re: CB500 Sale
Considering the condition that it looks to be in,not a bad price. Trouble is you would be frightened to take it out. OMG is it going to rain on it. Got room in my dining room to set it up in a glass cabinet.
But think there might be some protests.

Re: CB500 Sale
They are not lying about that being pristine, did they have it vacuum wrapped?!
Wonder if they started it regularly to keep the internals also in as good shape as possible? Probably a few rubber seals you'd want to replace either way.
Is that fender extender a standard item? Don't have one on mine but it would be handy

Re: CB500 Sale
If my memory serves me well I think they were about £4,000 new ,so in that sort of condition is a good buy. But as has been said was it run and warmed up on a regular basis. No doubt will end up with a collector.

Re: CB500 Sale
It is a very nice looking example!
Mine should be exactly the same as that, but it has been used through the past couple of winters and it shows! I think the moody blue with gold wheels is certainly a match for black when they are mint like that...

Lovely looking bike....BUT.....ride it a bit + bit of wear and tear/mileage and the value will surely tumble very quickly. There seem to be divided opinions as to whether the CB will be a future classic ??

I would like it, but can't bring myself to buy it.
Waiting for my new hip to heal, so I can check that I can ride again. If I knew I could for sure, I would probably buy it.
