cb500 & cbf500 MPG Empty cb500 & cbf500 MPG

Hi all, looking at getting a cbf500, my old cb500 would do 70mpg the specs say 55mpg, the specs for the cbf500 say 45mpg could an owner say what MPG they get for the standard cbf500  study  thanks
