Broke of the stud on the exhaust

You might be lucky there, it looks as though it is proud of the head. Lots of Plusgas over a couple of days and shrewd use of the mole grips, and fingers crossed! I did the same once, had to file a couple of flats on the bolt shank but it did undo from the head.

So your telling me I can screw this bolt out of the engine block ?

you can try it but also for that you can make it more difficult for a professional. If you do not know the subject take it to who has already taken many. my opinion

Yes, if the bolt shank is proud of the exhaust port and you can get vice (mole) grips on it. But as Burudi says, be careful!
