2006 CBF500 for sale

I am selling my 2006 CBF 500 as I have just learned I have to have an op on my left arm later this year so it is now too heavy for me.

The bike is in overall good condition with 31500 miles on the clock, MOT until October 2021, good tyres, chain and sprockets, GIVI top box and a flyscreen. Oil and filter changed 1000 miles ago. Can email photos.

I would like £1400ish for bike only or £1600ish complete with around 80% of another 2006 CBF in bits (bottom front engine mount broken and motor in bits).

I just thought I would ask some advice on this forum as you lot know CB/CBFs so well. Before I advertise elsewhere do you think I am over-pricing my bike? I don't really know what to expect in terms of a realistic price and am only going on the fact that the bike cost me £1995 from a dealer 2 years ago. What do you think I should be asking realistically?

Any help appreciated as I do need to sell both bike and spares so that I can buy something lighter and stop being tempted to tinker as my arm won't stand it anymore.

Does the CBF Tank fit the cb500.
