Post by toadjam Sun 14 Mar 2021, 7:17 pm

as the title says . when i turn the engine over fuel pours out of the carb breather . i'm putting it down to the float needles , bike hasn't ran for a while and i think they've gone hard . just wondering if there's anything else that could cause it , bike is new to me and i'm just finding my way arround it .

I would agree that if it's been stood for a long period without the carbs being drained then the float valves are not seating. Stripping and cleaning the carbs out is the only real solution.
