[Here's the google translated verison of what Valentin said:]

Good day, dear participants of the forum.

I bought a 2000 Honda cb500s in December.

The motorcycle was from Germany and was bought in a showroom where motorcycles are sold mainly from Germany. In our country, this is a respected motorcycle, one can say a legend in terms of unpretentiousness and reliability. It has a 350cc two-stroke single cylinder engine. They were discontinued in 2008. I have been riding it for over 10 years.

Why CB500? I realized that this is a reliable, powerful enough and light motorcycle at an affordable price. Because of the weight loss, it is sometimes possible to travel on forest roads, which is important to me. And yes, this is another level for me.. Why am I here? So, as we have in winter, at the end of April, of course, I began to collect information about the new device. Of course, I downloaded manually and even in Russian, but information and owners are important to me. I didn’t find normal cb500 forums in our country, only small ones in social networks. The fact is that we don’t have a lot of cb500s, we have more popular cb400s and motorcycles with a large kibatur. And by chance I found your big and active forum, which, of course, I'm glad. Disadvantages that I noticed: Small cracks on anthers, forks, plastic. And what upset me the most, and I saw it already at home, was the jamming of one of the exhaust pipes, about 30% strong. I need to figure out how to fix this.. Our city is small and there are no motorcycle services here. Yes, we do repair motorcycles ourselves. So this information will be very useful to me.

Hello Valentin!

I used the services of 'Google Translate' to convert your words to English for people to read - I hope you don't mind.  We are not good at understanding Russian!

Best of luck fixing your exhaust - if you can post a picture of the problem maybe we can help?

Hello. Of course I do not mind. I also used google translate and uploaded in english translation, but i had russian language enabled on the site, so you probably see it in russian again.
I partially straightened the exhaust with a compressor and a gas burner, cleaned it and painted it. I think the exhaust will still work.
Thank you.

I made two metal plates, made a hole in one and built a car nipple into it. Then I screwed these plates through rubber gaskets on one side of the collector. On the other hand, I plugged the collector with a rubber plug. I picked it up at a car shop, made a hole in it and unclenched it with a bolt. Now, when the collector pipes became airtight, I supplied air from the compressor to them, maximum 8 atmospheres. Now, when there is pressure inside, I began to heat the dent on the pipe to red with a gas burner, it straightens very slowly. It takes quite a long time to warm up.
This photo shows the installation.

One coat of paint. The paint is heat resistant. According to the instructions, the higher the temperature, the thinner the layer. The maximum temperature is declared 1200°C. In operation, let's see how long it lasts before it burns ...
