Tyre Sizes Empty Tyre Sizes

Hi

I have a 96 drum rear braked cb as a winter bike currently running AM26's which I really don't get on with.

Is there anything preventing me running 110/70 and 140/70 tyres on it - For tyre choice - Will a 140 clear the swingarm?

140's will fit rear no problems,
most racers use them,
my plan is to run 140/70 on the rear just for the added rubber on the road.
