[solved]CB500 Problem. Empty CB500 Problem.

Post by cnb0208 Thu 29 Nov 2012, 9:45 pm

I have had my CB for 6 months now and it is great. I commute 120 miles a day on it.
The problem is when driving I have this rumbling vibration when I decelerate (when I release the throttle not braking.).
I can feel it through the foot pegs. It was only today that I have noticed it.

Can anyone help?h

Welcome mate! Smile

Does it happen if you let go of the throttle and pull the clutch in?

Hello!

Does this vibration happen when you are stationary? (ie. sit on the bike and rev it, with one foot on the footpeg)

Glad you're sorted, I'd stick the bike on the centre stand and turn the back wheel to see if you've got any tight spots in the chain.
