Seat Cover
Has anyone tried one of these? Looks smart but does have a lot of seams to potentially open or rub one`s backside!?

Re: Seat Cover
They're very cheap, but they look really good. I've just had my CB's seat re-covered by an upholsterer friend. Though my VFR's seat recently got attacked by a motorcross boot.

Re: Seat Cover
Got myself one of these --- it came from Poland. Nice quality item. My original seat is good condition so I sourced a cheap used seat on Ebay ( torn cover but decent foam and base with fittings ). Removed the 77 staples from the old seat base and spent a couple of hours wrestling with the new cover to get it fitted nice and symmetrical and wrinkle free.
Very pleased with the result. It looks very smart.
The plastic base of the seat is very hard . I have an electric stapler but the job took it to it`s limits. Instructions from the cover manufacturer suggest a pneumatic stapler. I don`t imagine a local upholsterer would charge much to fit a cover to a stripped seat, though.
So a successful job. I`d recommend these covers.

Re: Seat Cover
I found this place a while back, a French company witch will make any seat you can put together on their website.
Ive never used one, but the prices look good. Bear in mind when looking that many are for full seat units and come out quite pricey, the covers alone are much cheaper.
