Breaking 500s (disc model)
As the title, I'm breaking my project bike now that I have run out of time and space. I have most parts and will try to list them in due course. I can list a few things that have already gone which are
tail unit
exhaust
forks
wheels
radiator
Anything else there's a good chance that I may have it, so just ask.

Yes, the seat is in good condition. I have taken off the hinge unit and will have to have a look for that part tomorrow. I can e-mail pictures if you want to pm your address.

No sorry, the standard ones were replaced by Renthal alloy bars.

I have the master cylinder which is a brembo one(they all work well together) it also has a goodridge hose with it.
The clutch lever set up is available. I have mirrors, but not the standard mirrors.

£30+ postage should cover the master cylinder, clutch lever set-up and I'll check-up on the mirrors. If they are ok I'll add them for free.

If your headlamp is still nice and shiny I'd be very interested in it.
Also, what rerar shocks are fitted and in what condition are they?

Hi, the bike is the faired 'S' model, the headlamp is in good condition.
The shocks were Ohlins that have already gone.

Re: Breaking 500s (disc model)
If yours is an 'S' model (with the half fairing) it will fit but if yours is a naked version(with a round headlamp) then i'm afraid it won't fit.

Let me know if it doesn't work out with the front caliper/etc,
Are the front footrests fine? Also, what sort of alloy bars?
cheers

The front brake system has already gone as a complete set.
The front footrests are not the standard ones, a shorter non rubber version more of a motorcross style.
The bars are Renthal alloy, in silver.
At present I'm struggling a bit with the idea of letting my project go.
Part of me(actually most of me) wants to make time and finish it so I can get back to enjoying it.
Choices, choices, choices!!!
