Anyone know of someone wanting to race a cb500?

If you know of anyone wanting to race these bad boys, then my own personal race package is up for sale. This is due to a recent knee operation, I am now forced to miss the rest of the season and beyond. Due to this, I am offering my comprehensive full race package for sale. There is absolutely EVERYTHING you need to turn up and go racing.

BIKE:

• 1997/98 Honda CB500 brembo full disc model with V5
• Dyno sheet to prove 50bhp at the rear wheel
• Full carbon race seat unit
• Full carbon tank infills

• Brand new stomp grip on tank

• Front forks have been completely stripped and re-built by Colin @ 100% suspension using Hyperpro race springs and 20w fork oil at a total cost of £250

• 1 X 3.2KW Powercraft 4 stroke 6.5bhp generator capable of running 2 sets of warmers. Has lots of sockets including 240v and trip out switch. The only downside is that the fuel tank will need a running repair as the weld holding the tank to the framework has cracked. It has been repaired with duck tape and it works fine – just wanted to be honest!
• 1 x set of diamond racing tyre warmers, specifically for the CB 500’S
• 1 X Steel 20 litre jerry can
• 1 x plastic 5 litre petrol
• Full set of paddock stands (front and rear – the front is the underyoke type which is very handy indeed!)

I do have lots of pics of the bike, along with my race results from where I entered the odd round of racing with Thundersport. It is a very competitive bike and even with my very limited ability it scored points at Mallory last season and finshed 23rd out of a grid of 40 at cadwell this year. Someone with some talent will be right up there on this package. I have done just 2 trackdays and 1 round of racing on her this season so she’s good to go.
