Build of two cb500 race bikes/tracl day bikes. From the ground up

Raced cb500 in 2008 with new era, think came 4th in championship missing a total of 9 racers were could get points. 

Sold that bike on, built another for the first round of ts championship. Won the extra race on satday, and 4th on tv day cutted lol.  Then that was it till about 2010. Built another but was not 100% done. Then built one for the 2013 season. Only did few track days on it then sold on. Then came few month ago watching last ts round and thought want a cb again. So brought one from down sout 480quid. Then brough a s modle for 250quid about 30miles away, once sold bits off that stood me at 120quid. Both running bikes and all there.

I dont do what most people do and buy the race stuff, slap it together and away i go. Bikes are fully stripped, powed coated, all bolts plated or chromed, all new bearings, seals, all new parts for calipers. New rads, forks rechromed. Bikes like brand new after.

Loom all cut new fittings, will done one with waterproof fittings laster date. Had some one eles who dose these, do my other for me, but i knew more could be removed so redid other, and done all this one my self

This is for my dry bike but still have to have one fitted, was hard to find one in a shop, what would run of own battery and fit right. Tryed my stores in doncaster, but was in linconshire, waiting for the gf to finish work and found this so was a good day for me lol. Few holes below are to tirwrap the cdi to on inside

My engine for dry bike. Will be spryed in bbq black paint and side and top cover powed coated silver. Always done my engines like this, no one eles didat the time now alot do like this or all black lol

All parts are brand new and few parts there been powed coated

This is just for one bike, got 2 full body kits ready to be painted. My other bike had all been coated. Hopfully get few bits done to that at weekend as get my bolts back from plating tomor i hope. Other bike is all getting coated now

Coated wheels all new bearings, these have also just had a new front disc same as in above pics, and ali captive wheel spacers fitted, just need new rear disc and 200 quid for set of tyres and sprockets. Alone price in doing the wheels to fit to bike be around 500 quid for. New front disc, new bearings, new seals, ali spacers, new disc bolts, rear disc, sprocket, new sprocket rubbers,, and the coating. By time done its 1k in wheels lol

I have never used the gold fren yet. There are 3 types s33 gpr and gp5

I always ran the ebc pads when first started in 2008, gave off lot of brake dust. And really had to fit new set each round. The gold fren alot of people use them and front runners are running the gp5 so must be good.

2008 round cadwell was able to win my self doing 1.48 laps now they in to the 1.41 8 years late. So got to try what eva the front runners are. Pads wont make the mush but each bit helps. The 2nd fav pad people use is the dp pads.

I sell the s33 at 16quid or the more race ones for 20quid.

Ya they are bang on, i got given the gp5 and a set of gpr, but brought the s33. S33 going in wet bike and gp5 in dry bike.

What do you pay for the s33 for cb.
