There is quite a lot of good stuff there, especially some of the somewhat-scientific reports on safety etc, however there are just two things that you need to remember:

1. In the UK we ride on the other side of the road so when they say 'left' they mean 'right etc...

2. In the USA there isn't really any compulsory rider training in the way we would understand it in Europe or the UK, so some of the stuff you might find a bit basic - but you have to remember they are starting from behind
