    Hi all im at the end of my tether you know how noisy the cb clutch is well decided to do the washer mod so stripped the clutch got the washers welded in assembled the clutch now i cant get neutral and have clutch drag. stripped it back down checked plates all true and 3mm fine no grooves on clutch drum assembled with new heavy duty clutch springs and its still the same. Am i doing something wrong any help please?

    ive often heard people having problems with their clutch when theyve fitted HD springs. just a thought.

    Have you tried tightening the clutch cable? (to see if the drag goes away)

    Your mod might have adjusted how much you need to move the cable (don't quite know how, but it was just a thought).
