REV COUNTER
ok what powers the rev counter on a cb5, ihave just seen some clocks for sale but on the counter there is no screw in for the cable

According to the wiring diagram, the rev counter's signal comes via a wire connected to the ICU (ignition control unit). This wire will be part of the loom that goes into the meters.

Electronic clocks have become cheaper to make over the years, hence almost all bikes have 'em now.
