Welcome back stranger, what brings you back here?

I've got a seriously bent and eroded OE chrome crash bar if that's any good?

hello again matey, you may remember one boy's dream..my latest project has taken a more adventurous turn; starting in May 2017 my wife and I are heading off on cb500 and her cb250 (she is very small) for 6 months crossing 14 countries. We will leave Wiltshire and head across to Europe, first crossing to France then working our way north up through Scandinavia. Then the real adventure begins as we travel through Russia, down into Mongolia and back though Kazakhstan and some other places.... am filming the hole thing so you should have something funny to see at the end,

as all ways any help and input is appreciated

Funny enough I was rewatching your videos only the other day. Have you considered engine sliders like what you had on your track bike rather than crash bars?

I have a set, I have just taken off a bike I bought.
They are not bent at all, a bit scabby here and there, could do with a clean up.
They are black.
Any use?
PM me.

Fair Weather Rider, do you still have the crash bars, or were they bought by burning_rubber? After a very scary ride trying to get home last night in blizzard conditions (had to leave the bike in a parking lot six miles from home and a friend picked me up) I think these sound like a very good idea. The bike almost fell over more times than I want to think about. Quite happy to have a scabby pair as I will have them shot blasted and powder coated.
