I've got a pair of oe crashbars, one has "used" marks and the other is like new. I have one of the bottom clips that mounts around the frame but not the other, nothing a thick cable tie doesn't sort out though.

In my defence this is the one that came with my bike and not the NOS bars that I bought and then chucked it into a hedge- thought they could be thrown in if the buyer also wanted them.
