Tyre Pressures and warmer weather
Just a little tip, and might be worth checking.
Just been out servicing the bikes and it was noticeable that the EN125 was riding a bit "edgy" the last few days since the spring weather FINALLY kicked in.
When I checked the tyre pressures, these had risen by 4 or 5 PSI over recommended levels on a cold tyre. Explanation found. OK, the skinny tyres on this bike make pressure changes more apparent.
So I thought to myself..... if this is on this bike, what about the 500? Yep, it had risen on this as well.

Nice one, not something I've ever considered to be honest!

I totally agree that tyre pressures will vary with ambient air temp, your meant to check your pressures when the tyre is cold, but how cold is cold.
I usually check mine every other day on the CB, so have not noticed the change so much, that said I used the Triumph at the weekend for the first time in a while and the rear was reading 45 instead of the normal 42, and that had been sat in a garage overnight, just goes to show...
