The rot has set in so I'm looking at replacing my silencer. The Delkovic ones advertised on eBay seem to be listed as fitting CB500 Sport. Did anyone know if the CB500 and CB500 sport have the same or different exhaust.

I fitted a Delkevic full system to my CB500V and am very pleased with it. I did have a minor issue with it after 5 months and their Customer Service was second to none in resolving it. Highly recommended.

Just as an update and to close this down - I ended up buying a silencer from carboncan - a company local to me - at a price of £160 + £10 postage. It didn't fit! The centre stand stop was miles out and the stand hit the chain. " We haven't had this problem before" I was told. I suspect they have only been fitted to bikes that have had centre stand removed. Anyway no problems with a refund from carboncan (minus a PayPal fee) and I ordered a Delkovic off eBay. Cost £125 Inc postage. This one fitted fine and at a saving of £45 I should have gone there from the start. The Delkovic gives a bit more of a grunt to the bike than before. Is this likely to give any problems at mot? It is sold as road legal.

Leave the baffle in and it wont be a problem, mine passed ok.
