Hiya,
Well I have been snooping round here for a year and watching bikes come and go on Ebay. Finally won an auction for a mechanically sound 95 model with a Brembo front disc and Motard exhaust.
Hoping to learn a lot in the process of making it a little more cafe styled and then using it for the odd track day.
Don't really know where to start but I have a vision in my head of where I want to get to. My spannering experience with bikes in minimal (motorised anyway) but I am a quick learner and have a neighbour who knows his stuff and obviously a Haynes service/repair manual that I am absorbing.
Hoping to take it fir a few rides as is until the weather closes in and then spend the winter tweaking.
Looking forward to getting started!

Great looking bike my one is a 99 and nowhere near as good. Best of luck with the changes you are going to make.
