From memory they just push in, I remember it was a bit of a struglle getting them out when I had to change a set of bars.

You're right. Can't be yanked out - must be clicked out. The ring has a protruding tab holding it all in place, engaging a hole in the bar from inside.

Well I got them out with brute force. And indeed there is a small hole on both sides where the new one probably clicks in.
I'll order that stuff - 80 €

Anyone know where to find universal parts ? Honda parts are +- 90 €...
