EXHAUST Empty EXHAUST

My Honda exhaust is leaking very slightly underneath the front of the silencer just at where it bells out to the larger section (not at the join).
My question is does a new one exhaust have a weep hole underneath to let the condensate out(as otherwise the water would lay inside)or is it bad news that I have a rotting exhaust?
I'd would guess it is the original one since 98.

Hello..

A new exhaust should have a drain hole at its base.... yours was proberbly blocked and caused rotting. To be honest i dought you will find a new exhaust but if you find a decent 2nd hand one make sure it has a good drain hole...
