Fitting Restrictors Empty Fitting Restrictors

Hi guys,

my restrictors formy CB have come.

But I need to fit them! Is there a guide online to fit them (and how easy is it?).

Or if not, howmuch should a shop charge, I really dont mind paying if its not too much?

There isn't an online guide, however I'm sure I remember somone posting the instructions on here... it isn't particularly difficult.

I think I paid about £50 2 years ago to have mine done, and £60 to have them off a few weeks ago
