Cheap Boots!
Just bought a pair of Tuzo touring boots from ebay for £20!
They're factory seconds because of an internal stitching fault that I honestly wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't been told about it. Definitely worth a look if you're after a cheap pair of boots

Re: Cheap Boots!
Wow - they look damn good for twenty sobs. RRP seems to be more like seventy.
Am liking the leather upper bit. My current hooves are those Aldi offer ones - made by somebody called Crane. Decent when off the bike - walk well i.e. And in winter they're quite warm (I got 2 pairs - a nine and a ten, latter for winter and extra socks). But shit, in summer they are so hot off the bike. Which I think is due to man made uppers? So I might well get some of these Tuzo. Stitching looks well fucked in that second image though! Pity it won't enlarge like the first one does.
- Extra thick leather upper.
- Comfortable padded breathable liner.
- Double stitched in stress areas.
- Two buckle and Velcro fastening.
- Reinforced gear change area.
- Stiff firm gripping sole.

They do look a bit tatty, hopefully this is a better picture.
I'll be wearing them for the first time today and (can't believe I'm gonna say this) hopefully it will piss down. I'll let you know how they get on!!

Thanks so much for this post! Rode into work this morning and found my foot to be in a puddle when I got off. These will certainly be in my shopping basket!

Well, dunno what it's been like elsewhere but I got sodden through riding back from york this afternoon. Was on the vanvan cos I neglected to notice it was NCCAW. But yeah - I was so wet through I even had to sort fresh pants out. Wasn't cold though cos it was actually very humid. Kind of like a taster day for a biking holiday in Rangoon.
