Front brake pressure switch
Not sure if I've got the right name of it but I've noticed, on my bike anyway, that the little switch behind the front brake lever that activates the brake light when releaved, is held on by one screw and now pivots out of position which at worst stops my brake light coming on. I didn't see a spare screw hole to stop this pivoting but I'm wondering if im missing something. Any ideas?

Was concerned if I cranked the screw up more I'd strip the threads

Re: Front brake pressure switch
Switch should have a round pin sticking out of it that engages with a matching hole in the master cylinder

There's a picture on DSS site showing the 'pin' that fits on the hole. Can you see a mark on the case where it broke off? I reckon if you put some deep scratches in it you mightget some epoxy to stick, then file a new 'pin'

Re: Front brake pressure switch
Beware of cheap pattern switches. I had one die within a few months. Luckily I have several spare master cylinders and just robbed a switch off one.

The very cheap one off eBay didn't even fit and the screw-hole broke off under the force of the screw.
The genuine part is the only real option I feel.

Re: Front brake pressure switch
No perfect timing really. I was very happy to find it in the top box tonight when the old one finally gave up on the way home.
