Coil voltage
Hi like the topic name I'm looking for the voltage the ignition coils should get and also should they have a constant voltage or should it go up and down

Firstly I'm assuming you are talking about the low voltage side of the coil
It will be going up and down but at the same rate as the sparks, so you won't see it a multimeter. You'll only really be able to see it with an oscilloscope.
What were you trying to diagnose?
