I'm in Banbury so anyone coming up the M40 could meet at J11 and we'd go the scenic route...

I am a possibly definitely. Just to clarify, is Stratford better for everyone than Oxford as was suggested earlier?

Glasgow and an oil rig dry dock (Loch Kishorn) 2 weeks ago, passed my driving test today, will be in Reading this evening for 8 days.

Stratford for me!

So it looks like a few of us for Stratford then. Any ideas about time ?? 12 Midday. Looking forward to meeting some fellow members

midday is fine for me, will be there earlier anyway and will most likely be on my 600, as the 500 needs MOTing and taxing and may not have the time before the meet to get it done

Aargh. I'd like to be there! However, the timing is not for me. Early may - not happening.

Which triggers the question; should I venture those +1000 miles at a later time, would anyone step up and arrange a 'crash zone' for me to ride into, keel over and fall asleep astride my bike?

You see - I have plans. I'm not done with you lot. So much to see; Wales, up north, basically anything but London and SE England.

12.00 at SoA fine with me. As prev post, can meet folks J11 of M40 and go the scenic route...

looks like the meeting place will be the motorbike parking area

looks like my best route is via Daventry  and the A361, which goes straight to J11, then take the A422

I doubt I'll make the meet now, unfortunately, its just going to take up too much time, flights and cash to organise.  For those of you that do make it. - enjoy 

how many are still coming to the SOA meet?

I am still going, looking forward to it. Forecast says cloudy,but hopefully no rain.

Plan to leave Banbury 11.15 or so and will wait/meet up at Esso garage that is 1st left at roundabout signed to Banbury from exit slip road.

I'll see you in SoA about midday. Sorry the project isn't quite finished but keen to put faces to names so will be on the suzuki. (Bear in mind I'm a bit of a fair weather waller these days, but looking forward to it.)
