    Still need a tank to fit my 2003 model or 2002 possibly like a black one but will have any thing for respraying. Will pay good money for the right bit.

    is your old one rusty on the inside?
    If it's not perforated, it can be reverse electrolysed to eliminate the rust

    No it is spotless. Not a speck of rust inside or out. It had been stored for seventeen years with the tank overflow blocked. I unblocked of with a bit of wire. And from then on it leaked from the overflow. So it has to be the overflow that had broken or rusted through. I have purchased another bike now and the over flow seems to have a non return vacuum on it.
