Leaking Water Pump?

My water pump was dripping water when the bike was running and I replaced both o-rings. Checked lately and there seems to be a slight seepage under the water pump. Will get under the bike this weekend and see if it seeping from the hole or from the o-ring sealing area - I suspect from the hole which means the seal for the shaft is FUBAR. The bike only is going on 31000 miles so this shouldn't be happening   But I think some idiot probably used car coolant (with the additive of silicates) to keep her running well before I purchased her (with only 12000 miles on the clock) and this has created this issue. Might be on the lookout for a good second hand pump at the end of this month after I get paid.
